Solid hosting, minor hiccup

I signed up for their Cloud Hosting and generally had a good experience. The performance has been consistent, and I found the cPanel interface easy to navigate. Website migration was also free, which was a huge plus and saved me a lot of hassle. My only minor gripe was that account activation took a little longer than I expected, around an hour, but once it was up, everything ran smoothly. Support was responsive when I had a question about my DNS settings. Overall, it's a reliable service for the cost, but they could probably speed up the initial setup process a bit.

I moved my e-commerce site to their Business Email plan last year and it's been pretty solid. Support tickets get answered within a few hours for me, usually. Used to be with Bluehost and it's a night and day difference.

They do sometimes have renewal discounts, but they're usually smaller than the initial sign-up deals. And often it's tied to annual billing or something. Hard to stack things though, coupons are usually one-and-done for new accounts.

Mine was activated within minutes after payment for a shared plan. VPS might take a little longer for provisioning, but generally, it's pretty quick. You should be good to go fairly rapidly.

They don't have a free trial as far as I know. But their money-back guarantee is usually pretty good if you decide it's not for you within the first month or so. Just make sure to read the terms on that.
